ReConvert Mersalg og Krysssalg

So far, so good. I have just started to use this app. I will have to review it again in a couple of weeks to see how happy I am. The installation is really easy and I set up my first template quite quickly. I got a minor issue at some point, got in touch with the support team and they got back to me very quickly. Like I said so far, so good. I hope this will make a difference with my sales.

This is a second review after a couple of months of using the app. It works really well. I've had no issues at all. It's super easy to set up and I had no issues with app itself. Great app!!

I have been incredibly impressed with the functionality of the application, but even more so the customer service. I originally incorrectly built a template (my fault) and reached out to ReConvert via chat for help in fixing the template. Alex stepped me through everything to do and offered a series of additional suggestions, then actually made all of the edits for me. So happy with the service, thanks again!

We are happy with the app! It is very easy to set up and with guides, we are using the app for just under a year and so far we generated good few unexpected NEW orders and customers. A big plus is their Fab support team, 24/7 and very responsive. They fixed any template flow issues and conditions of how offers worked. Definitely worth having this app if you want to increase your sales!

Excellent thank-you page customization! Also amazing service by the staff, any issues you have they will be in contact with you and resolve them quickly. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to add additional customization beyond what shopify allows. :)

I think i have to set it up properly, I also think it's quite expensive as it's charging per number of orders. and I only set it up for a few collections not all products

Bonne application simple et intuitive. J ai rencontré un petit souci le support a été très réactif et à résolu mon problème très rapidement.

It is a really interesting app, allowing you to meddle with the thank you page and add recommendations, pop ups and smart triggers to show different offers to different people. All in all it is better to have it than not to. And it doesn't cost a fortune. Furthermore, customer help has always been stellar. Vladimir and the rest of the crew have always stepped in swiftly to help me out with everything. :)

This isn't our first experience using ReConvert, but our first time working with support agent Halyna. She went above and beyond to help us really polish the post-purchase experience as well as assist us in optimizing our sales. We have used other post-purchase apps before, but ReConvert's layout and support staff and just over-all performance just blow everyone out of the water. They now have an OCU type offering integrated inside as well which we will be eager to test soon. Halyna is a super-star and was a great help. Keep up the great work team!
