Im so grateful that this app is free until 50 customers a month. Any issue I had Konstantin was super helpful and I got everything I wanted. Im so excited to grow with this app on my store.

In all my life I never tried an app with such an amazing customer care. It was really unbelievable, In particular the guy "Alex", not only has fixed all my issues super quickly, he also proposed proactively to check all the thank you card and the funnel and give me very useful suggestions on improving them. Not only: he also did it for me! He also checked if I missed some translation....really happy and satisfied. I would be able to give the same high level assistance to my customers!

I talked to Mr. Alex more than 5 hours. He answered my every single questions patiently. Without him I probably deleted the app. Overall app looks cool. Not tried yet honestly. These 5 starts for Mr. Alex.

I love reconvert app!!!! So much options for post purchase upsells and I love how I can customize them pop up timer discount definitely increased AOV . Highly recommend this app

We have literally been looking for an upsell solution for years that integrates with all the various software tools we are using. This one works! The most impressive thing is their support. They completely "get it" and understood what we were trying to accomplish and solved our onboarding questions within minutes.

Alex in customer support is super helpful! Any time I ask a question, one of the support team is able to provide me a link making the process of adding to my website so much easier!
