I am just getting started and was really overwhelmed but they are really helpful in taking what I said and helping me set it up!!!
Great app and customer support. Increased my AOV and can see where my customers are coming from. The only feedback I have is to have a clear overview of percentages of the post-purchase thank you surveys. Now I have to check each order individually. Still, I definitely recommend the app!
