The pricing is misleading on the shopify pricing table and we experienced only 3 orders that converted out of more than 550 orders in one month. Since the pricing is based on how many orders your store has, it ended up charging us more then we even converted.

I did however like the previous look of the offers before the update, but none the less, this is the best PPU app out there.

We've used ReConvert on our Shopify store for years. We had a lot of success with time sensitive upsells. Everything was easy to set up and always ran smoothly. I was trying to add a new upsell today and couldn't figure out how to make it do what I wanted it to do. I thought it was a function of me being too stupid to live, so I missed with it for hours before contacting support. I'm so glad I did! I typed one sentence and Riya immediately told me what the problem was. The whole process took less than two minutes. If only all customer service was like that.
