So I'm just about to re-open my store after a few months break and a friend recommended this app. Super easy to use, the widgets seem to be very useful and powerful, I've used the birthday widget, the pop up with timer widget and the post-purchase surveys. I hope it'll live up to my expectations and help me with retention

Seems simple enough so far... need to add a bit more but so far so good.
Need to know if I apply a discount code then also offer a countdown code can the customer use both ? If so, how do I stop them doing that ?

Alex was the best online chat representative I have came across in a while. He accurately understood what I would need help with on my store, display the appearance of the offers and Thank you page discount and stayed with me online to ensure the ReConvert app is functional on my Shopify store.
