ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell!

Disappointing. Not one upsell after a month trial, AND they charged me 7.99 despite the fact that I was less than a day notifying them that I decided not to use the app after no sales.‍‍ Such a disappointment.

Additionally, it was annoying and difficult to install

Overall Verdict: ZERO upsells after 1 month when I make half a dozen a week using a different app that works well but is hella expensive.

Sadly, Can't recommend this app, the customer service or their policies. My experience was negative from day 1 to now.

Service has been good so far. Riya has been super helpful. Assistance and customer support like what we received from her was exceptional. Her support makes us want to continue to use this app.

I would like to give my compliments to Alex for his thoroughness and assistance. As some have come to know, I’m a bit challenged when it comes to comprehending directions, even when they are straightforward and easy to understand. I also have this medical issue that takes a real toll on my self-confidence, so I avoid other people and questions like the plague. That’s because interacting with them often turns into a frustrating, agonizing process for me.

But Alex was super helpful, and was even able to step in and finish the setup process in my store relating to ReConvert!

I signed up for the free trial and will definitely stay on once it's over. Shafta helped get me set-up for success - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's AMAZING that they have 24-hour help.
