This APP works great, customer support is amazing. Help me with the triggers and other options of the app.

Good Performance, first day we use it get orders. Recommand to use in every shop, realy good for sales.

The app does exactly what it says and in terms of features is the most advanced on the store. I have also noticed that the post purchase survey feature is smoother than the one we had previously on the store and it helped us almost double the response rates on the same survey. Last but not least, their support is outstanding.

Easy to setup, this has been a very effective upsell tool for us that also provides more value to our customers.

With ReConvert, you can customize your "thank you" / "order status" experience even if you are on Shopify Basic. I use it to capture customer birthdays as well as ask for customer reviews.
Now I am exploring one-click upsells. With the improvements to the post-purchase functionality that Shopify has made, it is a no-brainer to offer one-click post-purchase upsells. It adds zero friction to the initial purchase, and is a high conversion opportunity to increase AOV. As great as the app is, the support is even better. Live, knowledgable, helpful chat support. This app is a slam dunk. Highly recommended.
