ReConvert Upsell e Cross Sell

The Agent was so kind and offered me various types of helps. He even revert newer version to the old one, because I was having issues to setup exactly as I am told. He is probably one of a kind, because there is not that much agents like him as far as i meet.

Very good support from Riya. Had an issue of the app not showing and we figured it out.

ReConvert has been great for our thank you page optimization, and their customer service is top notch. Avraham was incredibly helpful when we ran into some issues, and we've been very pleased with the team's responsiveness!

Ayant eu besoin de revenir à l'ancienne version de ReConvert afin de suivre correctement mon tuto pour finaliser la mise en place de ma boutique.

Je viens tout juste d'installer l'app, donc je n'ai pas encore d'avis sur son efficacité, en revanche je peux déjà dire que l'installation est très facile, et le service client au top !
Je viens de terminer un chat avec Saumya, qui m'a expliqué très clairement comment changer la langue des widgets (qui sont par défaut en anglais), et qui m'a donné une réponse rapide, courtoise et très professionnelle.
