ReConvert Upsell e Cross Sell

Je viens tout juste d'installer l'app, donc je n'ai pas encore d'avis sur son efficacité, en revanche je peux déjà dire que l'installation est très facile, et le service client au top !
Je viens de terminer un chat avec Saumya, qui m'a expliqué très clairement comment changer la langue des widgets (qui sont par défaut en anglais), et qui m'a donné une réponse rapide, courtoise et très professionnelle.

support is very responsive and helpful, i wish they had an interface where you can customize the colors and looks of the widgets whithout going through the shopify editor but i guess that's something they can work on after,

This App is best for reconverting conversions. Alex is best with his customer service and I am so happy he solved all my inquiries with patience. I will definitely be using this app on all my other stores.

This app is fabulous. It allows you to quickly and easily increase the average cart in your shop. Thanks to Vladimir who helped me set up some functions correctly.

There are two things I like about apps:

1. Fast support
2. Easy navigation

These guys have it both! Also, I want to give a quick shoutout to Alex for his incredible support and patience!

I had a few issues with some incorrect billing amount, but the management team promised to sort it out.
