Cool app, great support. Someone from their team sat with me for well over an hour to get setup and we're in a good spot.

Have been using this app for just over a month now and so far the return on investment has been worthwhile.

I've used many post-purchase apps before and can't recommend this particular one enough. It's Ahhh-mazing! Lots of widgets that are very easy to customize, and you can segment as much as you want (for example first time customers see a different page than a returning customer, which is a game-changer). It also integrates directly with many other apps I care about such as Klaviyo (collects birthdays and I can send out a birthday email flow through Klaviyo automatically). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. and the support team is always there and very knowledgeable. I don't get "generic" canned responses. I usually get an ACTUAL real person who can help and is very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is a very well thought out and conceived app designed to do one thing, help you sell more to your customers post-purchase. We all know retaining an existing customer is easier than finding new customers and this app can really help with that.

Most importantly it does what it says. I installed this app last week and am already seeing a few customers taking advantage of the post-purchase upset offers.

Pros:
- Professional looking design
- Lots of customization options for products & discounts to offer
- Very nice analytics feature
- Fantastic customer support.

Cons:
- None to speak of.

Neutral:
- Because there are so many customizations it can take a while to explore all the options and configure everything. It is worth the effort as you can do it once and forget about it... or change offers each month/quarter if you like.

The app is easy to understand and set up, even when creating manual options for add ons and upsells. The customer service was immediately responsive, even on a Sunday morning.
