So often, companies offer video tutorials and pages of content, leaving it up to the user to sift through information and implement solutions. Being a fairly new user of ReConvert, i was still a little bit confused by how the app works despite watching youtube videos.

I then went to chat with customer support and I would like to thank Riya for solving my issues. I understand that it is not easy working as customer support as they have so many queries from different clients to answer to.

But nonetheless, Riya was very patient in assisting me throughout the whole time and her replies were very prompt as well despite me being away at times.

Love this app, pretty much an essential imo. The customer service is stellar as well. Riya helped me quickly solve a problem and was very friendly/professional!

This is an amazing app! This is my first time using ReConvert (normally use ZIpify OCU), but I've made the switch and shout outs to Ash for being super friendly and incredibly helpful with setting everything up.

I was really frustrated for not being able to setup the funnel under this new version of the app, and hit the chat support and there was Shafta who kindly helped me, she even setup everything for me and film a loom for future references. Fantastic support from Shafta.
