I just want to say that the customer service I received from Alex in setting up the App on my shopify store was amazing. He completed steps in 15 minutes that would have taken me days to set up. Its really a huge help as a small business owner to receive top notch assistance. One less thing I have to try and complete in my already long lists of things to do in my store. Thank you again Alex! You were wonderful and very understanding.

I have come across different questions as I began using this app and was reluctant to use the LIVE Support due to previous experiences with other apps and companies, but the team here has been incredibly helpful in solving and troubleshooting issues. New version of the app is simpler to use but currently lacks some of the more advanced filtering logic needed. Personally I have reverted to the old version of the app until the new one can do what I need. Support is always good, especially Saumya who is always on hand to help!
