overall good experience, just wondering how long will the pending on hold order last? As some clients when offered the upsell offer the on hold order may take quite a long time.

I haven't started using this app yet, but let me say this, the customer service is TOP TIER!!! Alex was very professional, he help me set up everything successfully.
