El servicio de ayuda es muy bueno pero no funciona realmente para Chile ya que solo podemos utilizar intermediarios de pago (FLOW, MERCADOPAGO...) para uso de tarjetas. Funciona a medias. Te deriva a un "thankyou page " pero no puedes usar los funnels.

Nos encantaría que también pudieras tener una funcionalidad completa de las partes del embudo posteriores a la compra. La razón por la que tus clientes no pueden ver esto en este momento se debe a la forma en que Shopify funciona desde el back-end y sus propias limitaciones.
Siempre estamos buscando formas innovadoras, y siempre puedes plantear una sugerencia de función ingresando a nuestro chat 24 horas al día, 7 días a la semana y preguntándole al equipo.
