I have been using this app for more than 6 months now. Its really easy to install and configure and works like magic.

I used the upsell popup to pitch people the rest of a book series after they'd already bought one box set. So far in 8 hours every single person who has placed a box set order has also ordered the upsell because of my popup! Wow!!

I used this app to help me generate up-sells. The integrated tutorials and chat s were superb! I was skeptical at the start but they make me a believer in the wealth of information and training available to integrate this.
