Alex from the support team was phenomenal! He was able to help us resolve the issue with non working funnel, he took patience and detailed approach with multiple testing to figure out where was the bug. he stayed for over 30min after his shift to make sure this gets resolved (a team of 3 people tried to resolve that in the past unsuccessfully - but Alex managed to do it all by himself). Very grateful and now fingers crossed I can make more sales in the last 3 days of this year :))) wish me luck!

Ash is doing a great job with walking me through the steps i need to do for my thank you survey and other needs. He has been attentive and available when needed as well, which i appreciate with my in and outs of the chat.

We've used ReConvert on our Shopify store for years. We had a lot of success with time sensitive upsells. Everything was easy to set up and always ran smoothly. I was trying to add a new upsell today and couldn't figure out how to make it do what I wanted it to do. I thought it was a function of me being too stupid to live, so I missed with it for hours before contacting support. I'm so glad I did! I typed one sentence and Riya immediately told me what the problem was. The whole process took less than two minutes. If only all customer service was like that.

New version of the app is simpler to use but currently lacks some of the more advanced filtering logic needed. Personally I have reverted to the old version of the app until the new one can do what I need. Support is always good, especially Saumya who is always on hand to help!

I did however like the previous look of the offers before the update, but none the less, this is the best PPU app out there.
