This is a fantastic app, and the support staff is exceptional. My latest interaction was with Shafta, but based on my experience, they are all great.

I just want to say that the customer service I received from Alex in setting up the App on my shopify store was amazing. He completed steps in 15 minutes that would have taken me days to set up. Its really a huge help as a small business owner to receive top notch assistance. One less thing I have to try and complete in my already long lists of things to do in my store. Thank you again Alex! You were wonderful and very understanding.

We've used ReConvert on our Shopify store for years. We had a lot of success with time sensitive upsells. Everything was easy to set up and always ran smoothly. I was trying to add a new upsell today and couldn't figure out how to make it do what I wanted it to do. I thought it was a function of me being too stupid to live, so I missed with it for hours before contacting support. I'm so glad I did! I typed one sentence and Riya immediately told me what the problem was. The whole process took less than two minutes. If only all customer service was like that.

We have been using ReConvert recently to direct people to our installer page. While everything works fine overall, we did encounter some issues, but the customer support team was quick to assist us immediately.

Support always seem to be able to help when i have questions or issues! Riya got my problem fixed and even improved my offers.

I did however like the previous look of the offers before the update, but none the less, this is the best PPU app out there.
