Set up my thank you page recently and thanks to this app my customers are now able to track their package there so now i get way less emails asking where there package is at. Also the popup widget feature converts well (about 4% conversion rate so far). Overall it def pays off. The only downside I noticed is that it takes about a second to load all that and it won't work at all in certain countries (100% works in America and Canada)

Great app, easy to use, and I've found that the customer service is first rate at all times of the day and night. The app's dashboard is well-organized and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and set up custom post-purchase offers and thank-you pages. Even for someone like me who can't do flat pack furniture, the setup process was a breeze. Edited a year later to say: Since implementing ReConvert, I've seen a noticeable improvement in conversion rates through the personalized post-purchase upsells. I wouldn't be without it.

This app has increased my average order value with the conversion funnel post sales and the help and support you receive is great. Ashley helped me understand the funnel process and stayed with me while I edited it so he could oversee and check my edits. Really great app and staff
