This is my second time using ReConvert for Thank You Page. It is very easy to set up and user friendly. It'd be better to have a specific page to add to the website for Tracking Orders.

We are just getting into using the app, but already quite impressed. Setup is fairly straight forward, but the customer service is extremely impressive. Not that we expect support on a weekend, however, E-Commerce businesses are 24/7. Not only did we receive support on a Saturday, we got detailed instructions, tips and advice on how to achieve our desired outcome. Highly recommend.

ReConvert is an awesome app. I really appreciate their customer service. I used their online chat and Vladimir was very helpful. He walked me through a few issues I was having. He was super knowledgeable and got everything resolved within minutes. I have had a few apps that have zero customer service. ReConvert has been very good about customer service. I was finally getting ready to set up ReConvert on my store, but had a couple of questions. So I jumped on chat, and was lucky enough to have Alex show up to help me.

He went way above and beyond, helping me get a couple of funnels rolling, making recommendations, and helping me every step of the way to make sure ReConvert was properly set up to work best for my store.

I'm excited to see what it'll do, but have complete confidence going forward based on the service and expertise that was provided.

I have been really blown away by the Reconvert app. They were the first Shopify app to allow custom Thank You pages for different products. This is a neat feature in addition to their focus on getting an upsell after the 1st purchase with Thank you page changes. Support was also very helpful for getting our initial workflow setup. Thank you
