Just added this app today. Because of that I can not give a review on any increased sales. However, I will say that it is super easy to install. Super easy to make changes. The template can be customized to fit the theme of your store. So far I really like it.

You can add order tracking information straight in your order status page, without having to use any third party tracking service.
