Im not going lie, the application is hard to navigate and it can get very confusing. But overall, the customer service is wonderful and very helpful and answers right away! The application is good for upselling items in your store and automatically does it for you and collects data for you can have a better understanding where your audience is targeting and coming from. Its a good app, just needs a better interface so it can be user friendly.

Functionality is great, easy to set up discounts and offers in Thank You Page, Order Status Page, and Post Purchase popups. The system is fairly logical but it takes some getting used to how it all works. Service is instant if you need any support or have questions. Ash is very helpful. Will be keeping this app as one of our ongoing marketing tools.

I just started building the first flows in the app, and I can say there is a lot of room for improvement.
when it comes to highlights, it would be amazing customer support as Saumya is a huge help for me during onboarding to the app! She is not there just to answer on all of my questions and assist me during work, but also proactively checking on a process

Still figuring out the app but it's great , have just deducted 1 point because the downsell trigger is not yet live . I have to mention a guy named Alex from the support team. He was really helpful and gave instant replies and helped me understand post purchase conditions, widgets really well.
