STAY AWAY! SHADY AS HELL! They make ads on your post purchase page for booking.com and other ridiculous affiliate sites without you knowing!!!

They just added this function secretly and activated it for all users. If you want to deactivate it you need to go in the settings and find this secret option! Just found out when I made a test order for my store by accident!!

If this affected your store as well, please contact me! This behavior violate EU laws, and I’m exploring legal options. Open to joining forces if others are impacted!

Hi Robin, we’re sorry to hear about your frustration, but we’d like to clarify the situation. We sent several notifications to all merchants regarding this new revenue-sharing feature before it went live. Our records show that because you’ve opted out of all platform communications, you may have missed these updates.

We’ve also attempted to reach out to you directly multiple times to discuss this and assist with your settings, but we haven't received a response. This feature is fully optional and can be toggled off instantly in your settings. Please check your inbox for our previous messages or contact us so we can help you resolve this.

Awfull app. The app didnt even gave me heads up to the subsciption payment details. The app itself just switched to highest plan on its on. Upsell Business. I did not approve for this. what an awfull ridiculous app! Also, I cannot even unsubscribe!!! Where is the plan section!!!!

I am sorry for the frustration regarding your recent charge, and I'd like to clarify how our pricing works.

Our app does not use fixed subscription plans, so your store wasn't upgraded to a higher tier. Instead, our pricing is calculated based on whichever is larger: your generated revenue or your total store orders after your 14-day free trial ends (detailed at upsell.com/#pricing). You can stop all future charges at any time simply by uninstalling the app from your store dashboard.

We have reached out to you privately via email and SMS to help resolve this for you. We also have 24/7 live support available right inside the app's chat bubble if you want to connect with us directly to sort out any billing or setup questions.
