If you want to make more money immediately on at least 1/3 of your orders right out of the gates, give this app a shot. Great team, with a quick response to help tweak our offers. Can't recommend enough - especially if you have a big catalog and repeat buyers.

BEWARE - THEY USE YOUR CHECKOUT PAGE AS THEIR AD FARM.

When I found out about it from an upset customer, I contacted Shopify and they identified the issue was Reconvert showing their ads on our website.

When I contacted Reconvert, they stated that yes they do and it's a "feature". I never accepted this - ads were being shown without our consent or knowledge.

We lost significant brand trust.

On top of that, it was not worth the cost. Reconvert rarely resulted in sales and never paid for itself.

It turned out to be a liability in every way.

Regarding the ad feature, our goal was to provide a new revenue stream for our merchants. This app has been great for us. It increased our AOV by 20% on average without affecting our conversion rate. It’s pretty much our go to upsell app and we’ve been using it since 2022. We tried about 4 or 5 other apps since then, and this is the one that stuck.
