ReConvert Upsell e Cross Sell

I had hired a marketing team that would only work with this app. I'm no longer working with them and am figuring how to edit and update my flow in here on my own.
Riya in customer support was super helpful and responsive, making sure I got all my questions answered.
I'm still playing with the structure of these upsells, as it's a very different setup than OCU, which is what I was using before.
I like how this looks and it seems like they'd convert really well, so I'm giving it another go!

I’ve been using ReConvert for about three years, and while I initially had concerns—especially after changes to the thank-you pages impacted some features—I have to say the support team really came through. After reaching out again, they were super responsive, helped me resolve the issues, and even restored key features like surveys that I thought were gone for good.

The app is back to working smoothly, and I’m already seeing value again. It's clear they’re committed to keeping the app updated and their customers happy.

They emailed customers today and said their free plan is going away and they're automatically charging people in a few days.
"We're discontinuing the free plan and automatically transitioning all free users to a paid plan..."

That's slimy.

It's one thing to have a paying customer and do a price increase, fine.
It's another to take a free customer and start charging them when they never agreed to a fee when signing up.

Paying for products and services, of course; suddenly changing a business model and modifying an account without the customer's consent seems fraudulent.

The decent thing: allow free users to grandfather their current setup and if they so choose, they can upgrade their membership. Going in and suddenly taking money from them -- customers, start filing chargebacks and fraud claims.

ReConvert is by far one of the best apps we've added to our store. The setup was incredibly smooth, and the drag-and-drop editor makes customizing the thank-you page a breeze. We've seen a clear increase in AOV from post-purchase upsells and cross-sells.
Support is top-notch — fast, helpful, and knowledgeable.
If you're looking to turn your order confirmation page into a powerful revenue tool, this is the app for you.

Had first given 1 star, because of slower support.
Ticket "in process" always. Dev. team working on it.

I guess it was a heavier task for the team (Shopify Plus checkout).

Response rate was always fast and in the end they fixed it and it works really well.
