It wont let me pick the font I want. It keeps defaulting to Helvetica. =(

one of the worst apps ever. first i recover few orders from shopify after 2-3 days i install the app and the next day i receive an email said that i recover 3 sales with their app , obviously they read the data from shopify.... next they have to setup timer when to send the first email, and when you go before 00 it count as minus, when i ask what is this or if it can send the email in minutes ...

Not one function worked for me. Support promised to answer, but they only wrote "we will answer you". I will look for another app

Unfortunately it doesn't work. I had one abandoned cart today about 3 hours ago and the dashboard for this app never refreshed to show any orders at all even though the email address was listed in my own admin.

We Love It! Easy to set up and really looking forward to recovering some sales.

So far its a great app. It sends out automated emails to abandoned carts, which has been successful thus far. A feature I would like to see implemented is analytics. A section that shows how much abandoned carts the app has recovered and how much money it generated. Once a week email isnt enough. Other than that the app is great.

So far so good. I was using another cart abandonment recovery app tied to a popular Shopify marketing assistance but it was ineffective. Within an hour of switching over to this app, two abandoned carts were recovered.
