Over a month at customer service and still I haven't resolved my problem with the popup that doesn't work properly to my store.

I used to love this app but I can't recommend it to anyone.

Stay away guys and look other options if you have a serious business.

Handy little app. Helps streamline abandoned cart and exit recovery. Not sure how accurate totals are as there appear to be double ups in my exit intent lists but other than that I can't fault it.
