Was excited about this app and spent a few hours getting the cart recovery email set up. Next day, it had reset itself and we had to do it again. Also couldn't import past abandoned carts. Emailed support and they asked for more info which we provided the next day, but haven't heard anything in the 11 days since except the auto-close ticket. The app has reset itself again and we now have the email template for "RTX BOX acessórios" instead of our own. So we've now wasted 5-6 hours in total, have had zero emails sent, and getting nada from support. Hard to think of any redeeming features with this app unless you like frustration and wasting your time.

Had this app for just over a week, and at first it was working perfectly and recovered 2 abandoned carts for me. I added my email under the bcc so I could be confident and know for sure that emails were being sent since I was paying for the app at the end of the day! After a couple of days using this app, I stopped receiving emails and emailed support which replied back to me within 24 hours saying that it worked but it clearly wasn't. I then tested it out by going onto my website and abandoning a cart to see if I would receive an email from this app but just as I thought I received nothing! So glad I caught onto this at the beginning of using this app so I can cancel and not waste anymore money on it.

I'm just trying to send a test mail to my self and receive nothing also i'm trying to aks for support since 2 days ago nobody says nothing.

It would be fine if this app would simply not work. But it does and it does it other than described - and this is a big problem. We installed it and had several hassles with it. Then it started to import our abandoned checkouts, but only some of them. The next day it imported more and more and also the ones, we already sent an E-Mail before or that were already recovered, some of them older than a month! On day three it imported all checkouts and bulk-emailed nearly all of them (I know this because we are on BCC). That making even worse is that it claims to have x EUR recovered and counts older recoveries from date before it was even installed.
The features that are in this app’s description or the FAQ describe the features how it should work. But it really does not. Proven.
I dropped an E-Mail to the developer with my concerns and he replied (after two days of his app going crazy) that everything works great and the bad reviews here are just competitors that want to make this app look bad. No they are not. I am a real shop owner.

I do recommend all shop owners to double-check what this app is doing with their loyal customers.

one of the worst apps ever. first i recover few orders from shopify after 2-3 days i install the app and the next day i receive an email said that i recover 3 sales with their app , obviously they read the data from shopify.... next they have to setup timer when to send the first email, and when you go before 00 it count as minus, when i ask what is this or if it can send the email in minutes they say no so why the hell you have the minus there....
next i was receiving 2 emails multiple multiple multiple times per day when i was going to check my products and it was anoyied (imagine how annoyed the customers would be.....) all the reviews are fake or almost fake like some said i made x.xxx$ amount from the same day when they say that you need to send the first email after 24 hours coz they don't know if the sale was generated from their email or from FB which i have a sale that saw that captured from FB and from them as well LOL.... so how everybody say the money was from the app and not direcly from ads? anyway the app not worth that amount

Unfortunately it doesn't work. I had one abandoned cart today about 3 hours ago and the dashboard for this app never refreshed to show any orders at all even though the email address was listed in my own admin.
