I would 100% recommend Prive to any brand offering subscriptions. We were on Recharge for 3+ years and finally decided that it was time to move away from that archaic platform.
Prive has been a breath of fresh air in the subscription space. Their support is phenomenal (should out to Kai, Edgar and Claudia), their features are exactly what we need, and the analytics actually load (*cough cough* Recharge).
Half of our business is processed through subscriptions, so migrating platforms can definitely be an intimidating task, but the Prive team has made the transition incredibly smooth.

Prive offers robust subscription features and addressed some of the main issues with our previous subscription provider. Big fans of the password-less log in, native checkout, clean reporting, and unique gifting capabilities. Not to mention, an awesome team that took care of the entire migration process for us!

Another happy customer! I made the switch from Recharge (thank god!) and after researching many different subscription softwares, I landed on Prive and I am so glad I did! We have a very customized Shopify backend with different variants within a product needing different rules, so I was looking for something that would be able to work seamlessly (which is not easy) while also providing a lot of new features Recharge couldn't offer. Prive did not disappoint! They worked super hard during our onboarding to set it up they way I needed it and it looks beautiful! Their self-serve widget is great (slight learning curve but if you play around with it for a bit, it's actually quite simple) and offers a lot of customization, but it does lack a few functionalities I was seeking. With that said, I brought all the changes I wanted to my rep and their engineering team set it up quickly. We also ran into some front end widget issues and their head engineer got on an email thread with me the same day we found the problem to fix it, which was a huge relief! Overall, I am very glad I chose Prive and I look forward to continuing to grow my subscription side of the business with them! Well done, guys!

After learning about Prive through a webinar that we joined about subscription services, we knew that when we were ready to have subscriptions, Prive was going to be the service that we went with. Since signing up this past week, we are so happy we did just that! The experience and onboarding process has been really seamless and the Prive team makes themselves readily available to answer any questions you may have. They also reached out to set up a 30 minute meeting to run through the platform and additional questions. We can't recommend Prive enough! The platform is very straightforward, simple to use, and the customer service is amazing! Totally recommend.

We switched from Recharge to Prive for our baby diaper startup, Kudos, and we've never looked back! Beyond having an incredibly responsive customer support team, Prive has greatly simplified and improved the experience for our customers. Before Prive, at least 15% of our support tickets were from users confused about how to log in to manage their subscription. Ever since implementing Prive and their seamless email/phone code check-in, the number of support tickets around this has dropped to almost zero. Similarly, not having to duplicate discount codes or worry about two checkout processes has greatly streamlined business operations for us. The team at Prive is extremely talented and with more analytics and consumer insights ahead on the product roadmap, we feel confident knowing that Prive is going to be covering all of our business subscription needs!

I needed a flexible and more detailed subscription app compared to what is on the market and Prive has been able to check off all the boxes of features I need. Their support is great and the team is very flexible and helpful to improve the product and user experience.

After sitting down and working with your team - I SUPER appreciate their help on a Sunday! The app still doesn't bundle the way I was told it does when I got it. I opted to go with another app that has more flexibility, more docs, and is at a lower price point. I understand you all usually work with enterprise clients, at that scale an onboarding call is likely appropriate. For SMB, an app should be able to onboard without having to schedule a call. That would be more of my time spent to find out this app doesn't do what I am looking for, in that time I can get another app set up and running.
