Recurpay: Subscriptions app

10/10 they have great and speedy customer service and the learning curve is low. It's also easy to customize your subscriptions. Highly recommend this app!

We switched from Recharge to Recurpay a couple weeks ago. So far everything is working as expected. We had some hiccups in the transfer due to issues on the Recharge side, but Recurpay did a great job of handling everything. The chat support is fantastic. They reply promptly and the agents either know the answers or can get them very quickly.

I'm giving 4 stars because I would like the ability to sort subscriptions by next order date, as this helps us with planning.

It's also is a challenge that we can't update payment information or create new orders and enter payment manually within Recurpay as we could in Recharge. I understand this is because of how payments are processed, but it does create a roadblock for us when helping our customers.

All in all, it's much better and cleaner than Recharge as it doesn't create duplicate listings and, so far, it always functions as intended without a bunch of random glitches.

All because of their customer care. I have never had chat sessions that were so helpful. Sinchain was amazing and so informative during my onboarding! I had every question answered in minutes in extremely easy-to-understand directions. I'm super impressed and look forward to working with Sinchain and Recurpay toward a successful endeavor! Now our customers can set up weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual subscriptions on check-out. RecurPay does the rest - all via our shop.

The app itself has a nice interface, handles subscriptions effortlessly, and plays well with Shopify. The customer service is absolutely AMAZING! Definitely give this app a try!
