Incredibly quick and efficient customer service. Helped sort out a really knobbly issue on the site - not related to their app! Would definitely recommend.

Sinchain is the best! Quick replies, fast work and always able to make the edits we need. We needed to change if we charged shipping to our subscribers and not only did he make that possible he was able to go back and remove any charges for shipping to existing customers. He's simply the best. Just not enough words to say how happy we are with this app and Sinchain.

I had a great call which was very helpful. All my questions were answered and the call availability was quick which is greatly appreciated.

So far, so good! Love that customers can edit their frequency, move up their date of shipment, and add products easily. Customer support is stellar.

I just downloaded the app so I cannot speak to the app itself, but it was pretty easy to install and customize. But the customer service was extremely fast and helpful!

I've been searching for the ultimate subscription app that offer a wide range of customized functionality since my business model and store is pretty complicated.
Recurpay is the only one in market that does what i need, i have uninstalled/removed the rest of subscription apps and now Recurpay does the job.

However, this review is mainly about their customer support under Sinchain who actually answered all my questions and customized what i needed in widget/plans/notification .. etc shout out to Sinchain and I hope Recurpay management read this review and promote Sinchain :)

great app with really great support on time with solution, The app tech support is really awesome. They are one of the best of their type.

We are still in the process of setting this up, and getting ready to launch. But so far, loving it - so easy, seamlessly integrates with our theme and checkout, and as a customer, slots right in. And I must mention the support, as with most new apps, there are a few questions, tweaks and tips, and 'Sinchain' has been right there. Big Thankyou! Can't wait to put it out there :-)

Fantastic app. I'm quite early with my store and using Recurpay for recurring payments which seems to work well and the customer support is second to none. No hesitation in recommending so far!
