Does it charge twice per month? i have installed this app twice a day after trial peroid has been expired. how to stop subscription?

The app charges customers for every month after the trial's period expiration, if there was incorrect charge, please contact us via live chat or e-mail, so we could find a solution for this situation.

This is great subscription app and the team provide amazing customer support. This app is way easier to integrate than the other subscription apps, and much more cost effective.
Not a recurring payments app. It simply sends an email to your customers each month and makes your customers go to the site and checkout. Shame on them, make us loose time and money
UPDATE: We have updated the app so now it has a feature to charge customers automatically!

I tried the Basic subscription for 2 days and I got charged a month later even though I was supposed to have a 14-day free trial. I reported the error, they identified the issue and not only refunded my money back, but also offered me their services for 1 year for free for the inconvenience caused.
