Does it charge twice per month? i have installed this app twice a day after trial peroid has been expired. how to stop subscription?

The app charges customers for every month after the trial's period expiration, if there was incorrect charge, please contact us via live chat or e-mail, so we could find a solution for this situation.

Great customer service! This app is great for those just starting their subscription service.
This app did not provide me with what I needed. The customer service was horrible. She talked to me like I was an idiot and didn’t even help with the actual issue…. I tried my best to work with the app but I ended up deleting it after the trial. I didn’t have any subscribers yet, so I didn’t use it because I couldn’t get it set up correctly. I asked them would I be charged and they said no, I wouldn’t, because they caught it in time….Well….GUESS WHAT I GOT THIS MORNING!!!! A charge from them! HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!!

The thing is that the app was removed on 66th day of usage while it provides only 60 days free trial.
Anyway, no worries, we've requested a refund for you.

This is great subscription app and the team provide amazing customer support. This app is way easier to integrate than the other subscription apps, and much more cost effective.
Love the idea of the recurring payment. Would love it even more if I could create a recurring payment using "offline" products to send to my wholesalers and retailers with standing orders.
I tried the Basic subscription for 2 days and I got charged a month later even though I was supposed to have a 14-day free trial. I reported the error, they identified the issue and not only refunded my money back, but also offered me their services for 1 year for free for the inconvenience caused.

Highly recommend. Great app! only subscription app I could find that you don't need Shopify Payments to use!

I received unauthorized charges for this on my bill and I am unable to contact anyone. There is no billing history within the app, and I never even used it.
