Support was very responsive. I could reach at any time, even on the weekend. Although it did take a few days to resolve my issues, there was follow up and at the end of the day it was resolved.

Great app, but perhaps even better is their support! Val stayed with us on the support chat until he'd come up with a solution to help us get around the problem we had. Would highly recommend for a simple, cost-effective subscription app with great support!

The developer went out of their way to correct the issue and made it right.
I had this app installed simply to test out subscription services. It was installed for 4 years then randomly this year they started charging me $19.95 a month for having it installed unused.

This app wasn't useful for my use case and eventually I was charged for services I shouldn't have been. The developer reached out to me and made it right. Clearly they stand behind their product. If you need this service, this is the way to go.

We sent you store credits, which you can use to pay for the app, and we have done everything possible to improve your experience with our app. We tried all ways to connect with you to resolve the issue. Got better over the years. Does the job. Changing subscriptions when eg price changes or applying a new rule, requires assistance. Assistance is very good though when you are able to work around time zones and weekends.
