Got better over the years. Does the job. Changing subscriptions when eg price changes or applying a new rule, requires assistance. Assistance is very good though when you are able to work around time zones and weekends.
Maryna, did a fantastic job of helping me set up my recurring subscription system with shoplify. I was happy that we met on line face to face and I felt like she cared about helping me even with the language barrier. She took her time and we were able to communicate. The app has worked wonderfully with my online store.

Do not use. Unauthorized charges to my card. Not sure if the app was sold around March but I was a client for 2+ years. In March 2024, things changed with this company. Beware. Support doesn’t reply to claims.

We have refunded your money and have done everything we can to improve your experience with our app. We tried all ways to connect with you to resolve the issue. Awful business ethics of the people behind this app. As others have stated, I was on a free plan and without my approval they switched my account to a paid subscription without proper notice.
They promised in an email after the change, that any requests to revert back to a free plan would be promptly processed. However, 2 weeks and 2 email requests later, they ignored the request. I have reported this app to Shopify, as this is a violation of their terms.

We migrated from another platform (WordPress) to Shopify and decided to use the RecurrinGO! app for managing our subscriptions. The entire migration process was incredibly smooth and took us only about 10 minutes to export our subscriptions. Setting up the rules and products was a breeze, and we had everything configured in under an hour.

We even changed our theme during the setup process and were able to easily adjust the widget to match the new theme perfectly. The app has worked excellently so far and customers have taken to our subscriptions very well. Customer service is fast and friendly (thanks Artem). What is a pity is that the upsell widgets do not work with Slide Cart. That would be a good added value. I'm looking forward to testing the build-a-box function now. Above all, we no longer have any work to do with customers. Once set up, everything runs automatically. Good for us and our customers.
