Maryna, did a fantastic job of helping me set up my recurring subscription system with shoplify. I was happy that we met on line face to face and I felt like she cared about helping me even with the language barrier. She took her time and we were able to communicate. The app has worked wonderfully with my online store.

The developer went out of their way to correct the issue and made it right.
I had this app installed simply to test out subscription services. It was installed for 4 years then randomly this year they started charging me $19.95 a month for having it installed unused.

The app looks good, however did it not suit our business needs.
The customer service rep, Anastasiia, however was very lovely, helpful and understanding. She really did her best to help us and get our questions answered.
