The app is a great way to easily manage our memberships. Although we still encounter some hiccups, the support team is quick to assist and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service! Subin is always great at helping me when I need it. I recently updated my theme and needed additional help installing app with new theme and they were great to help.
Didnt work and they asked for my IP address sneakily which is dangerous. Very dodgy do not use

This is my 2nd time thanking the amazing support team!! I submitted a request for help last night, and today they have fixed the issue with my subscription plan & got things running for me! Awesome support from the team. They were very quick to respond to my support ticket, easy to work with, and had my setup issues resolved within the week. Great app, a real life saver as I needed recurring payments and membership capability for my website. This is the best solution I could find for Shopify and have now used this app on two of my websites. Thank you team. Keep up the great work!
