This app is clearly newer to the market and I have to say the support is literally incredible. Big shout out to Neha who has been super supportive and clear about the thorough functionality (the tool creates a pretty simple user journey but seems to be able to fit needs v flexibly thus far), and thanks for supporting us on our detailed requirements so far

While the initial troubleshooting was helpful as the team got to the issues really fast, but subsequent recurrence of the issue proved ineffective as the team failed to either troubleshoot the problem, or even respond to my email. My last email went unreplied for more than 5 days. Store can't launch until issue is addressed and resolved. Furthermore, I don't have any access to the app anymore. I ...

The app works well and it does what it says it does. The real selling point is the customer service! they are super helpful in setting it up and solving any issues that come along.
