Don't fall into the description trap this app says. You install the app and Step 5 (Subscription boxes) aren't listed. When I emailed support I was informed they no longer have a subscription box option in the app. They bait and switch. They tell me their Recurring Orders app has this feature. I don't need the option for customers to build their own subscription box. The whole point of going with this app was for the subscription box feature that is planned on our business side and not for the customer to build a monthly box with items they want. The recurring orders app charges a 1% feee for each box also.

I'm still in the beginning stages of the app, and am waiting for the liquid install, but so far the company has been great at customer service, and helping me.

Worst experience ever! The apps stopped working and generated damage on my website, then they sent a message saying that they had a problem and would probably display the wrong prices for the customers.

The app seems to work well for our needs. Guri at customer support was able to help us quickly with some css adjustments.

Fantastic App. I have installed it for site membership access and its cool. The support is great. Had a problem couldn't complete the liquid install but their response was fast. Got it solved quick.

One area of improvement I would be happy to see is they should add more payment gateways integration apart from Paypal and Stripe. Not all countries are covered by Stripe you know..

I used this app to make a membership business model on my page. I had a ton of customization requests and the support team happily helped me on everything I needed to get done. This involved getting a button made or removing certain options I didn't need. Getting set up did take a bit more work than other apps, but the support team and especially Guri and Brysen, did a great job on making sure I got all set up and ready to go even through many back and forth requests. Very good app and support team.

I submit a currency problem to Bold team, and i did not receive any reply by them. It's been a week and start charging me. If the team can not solve the currency problem, BOLD should tell me asap instead of endless waiting and hard to find the live chat.

i give the team 2 star

The app is well put together but could use a few upgrades which I'm sure the bold team will be working on. So far it seems like it will do what I need it to and I look forward to updating my review after bold continues to update the app and I get more use out of it.

I can't say enough nice things about the bold customer service team. They are very quick to respond and helpful.

I would definitely recommend this app. I'm in the process of setting up a craft newsletter to be delivered on a membership basis. The Support team was wonderful in helping to set up the store, and very responsive. Easy to add plans into my store pages. This app was critical in helping to get everything up an going!
