BOLD Memberships

I use Bold Recurring Memberships for my dog walking/pet sitting business. Their customer service has always been extremely helpful whether communicating via email or chat. Their agent, Priyanka, in particular, has helped me find solutions and answers to my questions and has been a joy to work with.

The help is wonderful! I got stuck on a few things last week and had someone help me through live chat and then again today I had GURI help me. Thank you for your quick help so that I can continue to push my business forward and not waste time!

(edited few days after orig. post: GURI helped me again! I needed some coding help and voila its done. It would have taken me a month to figure out myself haha. Great job, thank you!)

App does what we want it to do.

Support is always so amazing! Rajni and Brenden helped me figure out how to style the automated emails properly in a matter of minutes.

Great app. Easy to use but so powerful with a great price. Exactly what I was looking for.

Solved a big issue in my membership program I have for my site. I use a few different apps and this is one of them, this allows me to charge monthly for my membership. A little confusing to get set up properly, but with some patience and a lot of help from Bold's customer support who was very helpful, it works pretty well right now. Would definitely recommend it if looking for a solution to your membership vision
