After working out some bugs and kinks with the app conflicting with my theme, everything seems to be working great now. I have been in contact with Chris and he was able to get everything done that we asked. He was quick and responsive to emails and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this app for your store!
*edit - As we try to do more with this app, we are finding more and more bugs and running into more issues. Support is good at telling me "the devs are aware and are working on this issue" but doesn't go much further than that.
App is buggy.. any time you add new products to your store the customer tags reset/disappear and all the customers get locked out of their accounts. Very frustrating and took a long time to figure out why.. we lost several customers over the years and they offered no solutions so we had to find alternative options.
I am using this app to setup a membership site. I've found the help chat very useful whilst developing this. Aryan helped me today with queries and I was impressed that they will also alter code when necessary.
Chris did an excellent job doing the install. I had further questions and the team responded quickly and helpfully to the ticket I put in. Thumbs up.

Fast responsive, friendly, and quite painless communications. BOLD development team was able to quickly custom install both BOLD apps for my Shopify site. I am as yet to try out the functionality of the apps but so far, 5 stars on customer supports!

Do not use this program or any other program by BOLD. They had a glitch in the system and unsubscribed all my monthly subscribers. Over 80 members to be exact and 8 months of work down the drain. Not to mention zero support from these people. I’m taking legal actions against this company for the financial damage they caused me.
