I use this app on my other store and it started off causing many problems however we discovered this was because it never installed correctly once we got to the bottom of this and their support fixed it, it worked fine. So I decided against the recent reviews to use it for my other store but I wanted them to check it's been installed correctly before using it. As of today I've emailed them multiple times over the last weeks to do this and I've had no reply. I will change this review if someone replies to my emails? Update to the response below - To which inbox??? I still haven't received anything I also raised a ticket a week ago and I've heard nothing, your live chat isn't live at the times you say it should be. What is actually going on? Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible app, terrible support, they have made a mess of my store and cost me so much $. Their "developers" are clowns and their customer support is a joke they will only tell you pre-scripted answers. DO NOT USE ANY APP FROM BOLD. The apps will never work and when they don't they will just blame it on your theme, other apps, the weather, or any other random stupid excuse they can think of
