Found this app today and I reached out to support Bobby, who where on the chat very fast. He came on right away and made sure that the app was doing what I need. I highly recommend this is the app to try out!!

The app itself is very easy to use and is very straight forward. In the midst of using it, I ran into a couple of technical problems. So I reached out to customer service, and they were more than helpful! They spent hours and days, fixing the problems and making sure that everything's working smoothly. And now, it's one of the best apps I'm using :)

There are definitely some areas of improvement Casa Subscriptions could have. I offer produce subscription boxes and my customers need to be able to add and delete additional items they would like to purchase each order. Subscription should repeat based on the delivery date, not the date they started. We should have the option to charge a customer in advance vs the day of the delivery. I modify the customers next billing date as soon as they sign up so they know when their order ill arrive, but i take the risk of not getting payment since its not paid before hand. Oh, and I am not sure if this is new or not, but I just saw there is now a 3% transaction fee. I am already paying almost 3% credit card fees and this jumps me to almost 6% in fees per transaction...

So far its good! To set up you must finish all steps. On step 3 click the first button and cut on the app. Then i went back and click start selling and i was in the dashboard. The chat reps are great, knowledgeable and ready to help!

I just installed this app so that I can build a subscription based model for my shopify business!

The customer service from Casa was walking me through a step by step process to set up the subscription on my shopify store.

He was super helpful in helping me to understand how a subscription service would work and getting it installed properly. This is a great option to add to your shopify store.

Shubhankar, their customer service rep made this an incredibly smooth experience and would encourage other users to download this app as well!
