She was extremely helpful during our Google Meet call, guiding me through the app's features and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Not relaibale, one month skipped all subscriptions and then had 2 subscriptons ( March and April) in one month, which upset all my customers. Also it carries on even after the subscription has ended, which also made my customers very annoyed.
I emailed customer service and they kept putting me to different people and NO one resolved the issues or got back to me!
So not happy at all.
Messaged after I left a review to explain, and I understand there can be bugs, but I lost the trust of my customers which is VITAL to me.

My experience with Casa has been great. The app does exactly what I want it to do in terms of simple functionality that allows people to buy via subscription. It notifies me when we have a subscription order, which is a great tracking tool. In addition, I needed custom code for very specific requirements to be met for our credit card processor (we are in a restricted product category), and Sam was happy to meet, discuss our needs, come up with a great solution, and implement it for a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend!

I had a very specific need for my meal delivery company that no other subscription apps were able to help me with. I needed weekly customizations to customers orders. I got an immediate response from customer service when I reached out. We worked together on a solution for my business that was able to help me finalize my website. I highly recommend this subscription app and I'm glad I found them.

We had a conflict with one of Shopify's themes and the Casa plugin. Turns out it was an issue with the theme code and not with Casa at all. Their customer support still helped me sort out the issue, and even edited my theme code to make it work. They went above and beyond.
