I am using this app from the very beginning.Casa is super easy to set up and very intuitive to use. The dashboard is clean and clear, making everything simple to manage. Their support team is amazing — always quick, friendly, and ready to help whenever you need assistance. SSpecial thanks to Ateeb, who was very helpful. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a smooth experience

I recommend this app as it has supported most of our business as we are subscription-based! It takes a little while to get responses to questions from support. Updated this review from a 4 to a 5 as I was provided with a phone number to call when requiring immediate support.

Sam and the other support has been great with helping me migrate to Casa from charge rabbit. im glad I was able to have them help me continue to run my business smoothly. if you need a subscription app Casa is the way to go

Easy to set up, and if it is difficult, Sam and Ateel are always there to make sure the setup is done seemless.
I had a good onboarding experience, and I am hoping the apps will serve me well in the long run.
Currently, the speed of the support and onboarding is fabuluous, and hence I have a lot of hope in the future.
Have yet to use, will update extra review after a month of using the app.
In short, highly recommended.

Casa subscriptions has been extremely successful for our business. Sam from Casa provided wonderful assistance to enable a smooth and smart setup getting the subscription up and running in no time at all. Highly recommended!

Not relaibale, one month skipped all subscriptions and then had 2 subscriptons ( March and April) in one month, which upset all my customers. Also it carries on even after the subscription has ended, which also made my customers very annoyed.
I emailed customer service and they kept putting me to different people and NO one resolved the issues or got back to me!
So not happy at all.
Messaged after I left a review to explain, and I understand there can be bugs, but I lost the trust of my customers which is VITAL to me.
