Recently, I started working with the Casa Subscription App, and, oh my, am I impressed. They actually came to me and said they could make a design widget that was custom for my store, and it looks absolutely great.

It took me awhile to understand it, but he assisted me with asking for screenshots every-time i make a change. Well one thing for sure.. things worked out great. Not relaibale, one month skipped all subscriptions and then had 2 subscriptons ( March and April) in one month, which upset all my customers. Also it carries on even after the subscription has ended, which also made my customers very annoyed.
I emailed customer service and they kept putting me to different people and NO one resolved the issues or got back to me!
So not happy at all.
Messaged after I left a review to explain, and I understand there can be bugs, but I lost the trust of my customers which is VITAL to me.
