Simran was super helpful in helping resolve an issue that allowed us to pause all subscriptions temporarily while we made major changes to our store and were unable to fulfill orders! It was an easy conversation and fix!

We feel we have to update our review as the app has clearly deteriorated. We upgrade to the $399.00 a month plan to "integrate" with Bold Cashier (and this integration doesn´t work as advertised). Now we are seeing a HUGE increase with on the failed subscription transactions because the shipping address is invalid. An issue we had already communicated since Bold Cashier is not requiring customers in certain countries to enter the zip code when checking out. For $400 plus other fees, the app should work perfectly, and unfortunately, they don´t allow you to downgrade back to your original plan.

If you live in Australia, of service is regrettable. Lack of attention, flexibility and follow-through. I really experienced responses like, tickets are lost, we are with a lot of work, the functions of my application work in a 50% lack of integration and solutions. Requesting a turn for a phone call can take months, and when your turn comes they send you an email so you can click. The people in the chat are completely inoperative, the fastest ticket they solved, it took 6 days. 3/4 months passed before I started working with this application. The truth is that I feel trapped, since it is too late to change the provider. Do not make the same mistake,

Aside from being the highest ranked subscription app, it's always a question if it works. This one does. We were able to easily setup products to be on repeat order. The ability to customise repeat subscriptions is both simple and comprehensive. Then we encountered a small issue with the category page. Support leapt to action and found a simple solution. Recommend the app and support.
