This app is exactly what my website needed. This app is easy to install and customize. You can customize just about anything and having the option for a flexible subscription for one or more products fills all of my needs. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone that has products that they want to include a subscription to.

I just switched to Bold subscriptions for another app. For me there have been two key differences. One is the easy option to enable a required Terms and Conditions checkbox on checkout. Yes, you can code this in but it can be tricky to figure it out when you are redirecting to a subscription cart. Having a toggle option in the settings is so much easier.
The second difference is chat support. We had a small issue with the install where our theme code didn't line up with their tutorial. We were able to msg with Laurel through their chat feature then she connected us on to Taylor who took a look at our code and helped us right away. This is way better than a back and forth email chain with lots of different people answering the 'support' email box.
The app has lots of features we won't be using right away, for custom boxes etc. but its good to know we have options to expand/grow,
