Great Support! I had an issue creating live redirects (on the target, you have to put the full URL, including https://.. and your Domain.
Also, they helped me with the srsltid and redirecting from that to the standard page, which is more than could be expected from a free app, really happy!
I can't say enough good things about Redirect Hero! This app has been an absolute game-changer for our Shopify store.
