Redirect Ninja – AI 404 Fix

Set up this app yesterday. I thought I'd need help, but Shopify AI made it a breeze. Jeff was a big help anyway, just to verify everything was set up correctly. The app is catching 404s left and right, and the AI is redirecting them perfectly. I can see my Search Console stats improving every day. Right away, I have noticed better traffic and sales. We moved to WooCommerce and back to Shopify, and it caused about 36,000 404s. This app will clear them up. I highly recommend it.

Our business had very many old broken links. The wildcard tool has been incredibly helpful in creating a rules based infrastructure to capture and redirect broken links accurately. Jeff is really responsive and helpful. I tried the AI tool, and it was very interesting but I found the Wildcard rules to be more precise for our use case.

The AI Redirect Tool with Redirect Ninja is hands down the best feature I have found when migrating our old site to Shopify. It makes things very easy. It saved me hours and hours of trying to match things up on a spreadsheet csv. Jeff and the team are also great at responding and helping. They are constantly communicating with us on our project and actively looking to add features that meet our needs.

Needed a solution for quickly fixing redirects and monitoring broken URLs moving forward. Ran into a couple of small issues with the app, but Jeff the support person was super responsive and got my questions answered immediately. I had thousands of broken links so it took some time to get the data sorted, but once I had it uploaded the app did everything for me. Pretty powerful even on the free plan.
