Redo

We've been using Redo for our fulfillment for over a month and I'm really happy with the service. The team is super helpful and responsive whenever we have a question, and it's made handling our labels and shipments a lot smoother. Would definitely recommend!

The absolute standout feature of Redo is their customer support team. From day one, they’ve made managing our returns incredibly easy and stress-free. Quintin even took the time to make sure I was taken care of while he was on vacation, which really says a lot about how much they care about their customers. Nick Sorenson has also been extremely prompt and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Both have been great to work with, and their customer service is a big reason we’ve had such a positive experience with Redo.

Redo has been amazing so far! It's saving us a ton of money, and their support team is very responsive, unlike our previous shipping provider, ShipStation.

Great partner for a number of services and fantastic support! We are saving money, reducing complexity, and improving our service levels for consumers. A great example of their level of service was this AM when an issue was identified and I fired an email off at 11:28am and had a fix with confirmation in my inbox 4 minutes later... I know all fixes aren't that fast but a great example of how Redo operates.

Love the app and the customization options. They may be a little more expensive than some others, but if you're looking for a streamlined and hands-off approach to what redo does, they knock it out of the park. Their CS is pro-active and responsive, and they help out with a lot of other things that you may typically think are beyond the scope of what they do. Shout out to Spencer for going above and beyond on a specific customer service question I had.

Redo has helped us to be more efficient in not only shipping, but with our customers directly. We have better conversions, and better exchanges vs returns for refunds only. Peter has been a huge help!

So far so good with redo on easy return portals but the true star of the show is their engineer team! We had an issue that was pointing to a syntax error with the Redo app causing a crash on our site but it wound up being a different app on our site and Redo's engineers pinpointed that it was not Redo's app causing the issues and clarified and fixed the situation that was not even their problem! We were originally hesitant to use the "free platform" but it's truly free to Shopify Store owners and the service has been absolutely nothing short of fantastic!

We recently transitioned to Redo from Loop Returns, and so far the experience has been exceptional.

From the very beginning, the onboarding process was incredibly smooth, with excellent support and communication from the Redo team throughout the entire transition. They’ve been responsive, helpful and genuinely great to work with.

Most importantly, we’ve already seen a positive response from our customers. The refined returns experience has been really well received, with customers particularly appreciating the value and cheaper return options available when opting in.

Redo really does live up to what they say they can deliver. The platform, service and support have all exceeded our expectations so far.

Couldn’t recommend Redo highly enough!

I was having the worst time trying to work through logistics of setting up a return portal, where other programs were making me connect through up to 3 providers. Redo completely took away the headache and stress for me, and for a small business owner, this means everything! The support was quick (something the other providers knew nothing about- still waiting days for some to respond), and friendly. Can't recommend Redo enough.
